La casa es muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila, está totalmente equipada. Tiene piscina, barbacoa, terraza y velador con muebles de jardín. Está ubicada en el Parque Natural del Garraf y a 8 km. de las magníficas playas de Sitges. Comprometidos con el medio ambiente, la vivienda incorpora a sus servicios una instalación fotovoltaica, recogiendo energía del Sol pero teniendo acceso a la red eléctrica convencional cuando la energía solar no es accesible(durante las noches y los días de lluvia)

This stunning, newly refurbished Penthouse apartment is located in the very heart of the Óld Town´of Sitges. Only 100 meters from the beach it has breathtaking sea, mountain and port views from the spacious, private roof terrace. There are two, newly decorated, double bedrooms with en- bathrooms. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is Wifi throughout. Flat screen smart TV, BBQ on the huge roof terrace with amazing sea views and two outside dining areas.

Amazing location: 1mn walk to San Sebastián and 5mn walk to the famous Balmins beach 7mn walk to the center. 8mn to train station A beautiful large 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 adults, a child and a baby. New beds. A very large balcony + an amazing private patio (partially furnished in winter) The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, beach towels . Located in one of the quietest streets of Sitges but yet steps away from all the bars, restaurants, shops, museums and beaches.

Lugares de interés:Platja d'Aro su maravillosa playa y calas dignas de las mejores puestas de sol.Centro urbano con multitud de opciones de ocio y diversión ideal parejas o familias, actividades lúdicas todo el año, transporte público , el aeropuerto está en Girona a 20 min .Parque con lago enfrente d la casa. Lugares de interés: el centro de la ciudad, increíbles vistas, arte y cultura. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a las vistas, la ubicación, y el ambiente.
