Kleines charmantes Natursteinhaus, auf einem in 400m Höhe gelegenen Plateau Grundstück oberhalb des Dorfes Calvia, in Südwestausrichtung, ruhiger Lage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes/Weltkulturerbe der Sierra Tranmuntana. Das ca. 25m² Haus besteht aus einem Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit integrierter Kitchenette, Duschbad, 3 Terrassen ca. 70m² u. 800m² Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit zur alleinigen Nutzung. Apartamento muy luminoso situado en un primer piso, dispone de un dormitorio, un baño y cocina abierta a sala de estar, todo ello con ventanas al exterior. Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

Palma, pool, near beach ,jacuzzi,no car need,golf

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Nur für Erwachsene!! Tolles, freundliches, Appartement für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
