It is a village house, in a quiet village. The neighbors and people of the town know each other. The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma.
