This place is ideally located at the intersection of the main and the secondary roads, just a perfect match of the serenity and access to the nearby shops and the central highway. There are three dendrological parks at a walking distance and a 5-star Paragraph hotel to spend a day in water park or a have an evening drink. The sea is exceptionally calm in this area and 5-7 minutes away.

Замок 1910 года, одна из построек комплекса зданий «принцевских времен», ровесник закладки курорта Гагра. Есть несколько версий кому ранее принадлежал замок. По одной из них это гостевой дом Ильи Силина друга принца Александра Ольденбургского. По другой, это дом Булгаридт. В 50-е годы в здании располагалась музыкальная школа. Много лет здание было закрыто. Нам удалось восстановить его и сохранить лепнину ,лестницу и добавить современную,комфортную мебель ,атмосферу в замке .

An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

River house features accommodations in Shemokmedi. This vacation home provides free private parking, full-day security, and free Wifi. Staff on site can arrange a shuttle service. Leading onto a patio with mountain and river views, the air-conditioned vacation home consists of 1 bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured in the vacation home.
