The Red and White House

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

In summer you can experience bright nights under the midnight sun. In winter you can experience lots of snow, long dark days and, if you are lucky, the beautiful Northern Lights. Take a walk through the forest and maybe spot a moose or a reindeer. Relax with family or friends in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view through the large windows out. Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Förtjusande gästhus vid havet

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Alla årstider ger dig oförglömliga minnen, norrsken på vintern, ljust dygnet runt på sommaren. Huset är i syd/sydväst vilket gör hela tomten härligt belyst av solsken. Ostört läge med sandstrand - Barnvänligt Stor vacker tomt lämplig för roliga aktiviteter Sola, bada, hyr en kajak eller snöskoter. Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
