A Super 35sqm studio in luxurious picturesque area

My studio is near the sea, away from the city noise but near to the city center, in a quiet safe & luxurious neighborhood. Supermarkets, restaurants, fish taverns & bars are in walking distance. The central port to the Greek islands is 10 min away. Public transport 904 Bus can take you to the center, to the port or the metro station -to Athens or to the airport- at max 15 min, the bus stop is 40 mtr away in the main street. Taxi services are provided if necessary to airport, city tour, or port.

Qqueen House

Located on the 5th floor of a residential building near Pasalimani, this apartment is just a 6-minute walk from the subway, tram, and bus stations. Bustling commercial streets and large supermarkets are nearby, and the yacht marina is only a few minutes away on foot. Most of the home appliances and furniture are newly purchased, primarily from IKEA. The apartment also features an extra-large balcony and is equipped with a 100 Mbps high-speed fiber optic internet connection, as well as DisneyHBO.

The appartment( on the second floor) is situated in the center of Pireus, accessible by means of public transport, near the paved market, where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes or you can stroll around by the sea. It is also near to Pireus port and connected to the airport. It is ideal for visiting Athens or daily excursions to the islands. The appartment is spacious and bright, fully refurbished, with high ceilings and floors of black marble, lovingly decorated.
