Includono tutti i comfort sia per un soggiorno breve, sia per chi volesse concedersi più giorni di relax. Ci troviamo all'interno del tessuto del centro storico di Piozzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dallo storico locale Baladin. Ristrutturato di recente, l'appartamento è formato da un unico ambiente con soppalco in legno. Al piano inferiore sono localizzati la zona giorno e il bagno, mentre il soppalco ospita la zona notte. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene per mezzo di una scala metallica a due rampe, che termina su un piccolo balcone, affacciato su un cortile interno.
