Short walk to Hoo Doo Brewery, Pioneer Park, and the Carlson Center. 5+ minute drive to UAF, airport, downtown, and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Grill dinner on the riverfront patio. Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi, and a high-end queen bed with designer linens. Coin-op washer/dryer. No pets, no smoking.

Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a fenced in backyard and playground to enjoy in the summer months we are close to all activities through the winter months. This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

Magical Treehouse with Hot Tub

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

Get cozy on the reclining leather couch watching a movie on the HD tv. Sleep comfortably on the memory foam king bed. Close to the airport, UAF, restaurants, trails, stores and tourist attractions. College Town Retreat

Designed for visitors looking for a relaxing space in town. Close to the University for any guests doing business at UAF. The location is close to great food (Quickie's Taco's, Bahn Thai Express, The Pita Place, and College Town Pizza) There is also a laundromat conveniently one block away for long term guests. Chaplin Cabin

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
