The large wraparound porch surrounded by the lush landscape and natural beauty of the cold spring, creates an environment that you don’t want to miss. If you choose to be adventurous there is hiking trails, biking, fishing, kayaking and several state parks with lakes nearby. Enjoy!

As you turn off the paved road onto our country lane, you can already feel yourself relax as you prepare for a time of rejuvenation at Apple Lane Getaway. You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. Our 3 bedroom house is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. As your hosts, we look forward to sharing our slice of country with you!

Feel free to relax by the pool or if your adventurous walks or biking throughout the wooded trails of the Appalachian plus tubing / kayaking the swatara creek or just enjoy nature wildlife from the front porch. Our home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and ample parking. The house is 35 minutes from Hershey park and Middle Creek nature preserve, and 40 minutes from Harrisburg

Monroe Valley Guesthouse

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.
