Everything here is new—from the deck and outdoor area to the thoughtfully designed interiors—offering a serene escape that feels both private and connected to nature. Feel your worries slip away as you journey through rolling green pastures to Coastal Acres Escape. Just 1.5 hours from the CBD and you’ve arrived. Pause for a moment. Take in a deep breath of sea air. You are standing on the deck. The Tasman sea stretches out below you between towering dune cliffs. The sun is getting low, casting a warm glow over the surrounding pastures. There is no one around. Just you and the horizon. Take a sip. Fire up the bbq. Enjoy dinner with the best view in the world.

Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Valley Views Farm Cottage

A unique farm cottage overlooking a valley farm with animals close at hand. Laze in the outdoor claw foot bath on a private deck, or warm up by the outside fire. A beautiful bathroom with a large tiled shower awaits after a long day adventuring, the rustic kitchenette and outdoor BBQ will let you feed your soul while you sit and enjoy the view! 10 mins from West City Mall and on one of the main routes to Piha, 30 mins to Piha Beach. This spacious family home has 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 singles) and 3 bathrooms, spread out over four levels. Tatahi, meaning Beach in Maori, is suited for those wanting a quiet private retreat. It is perfect for a romantic weekend away, a girls weekend, a business retreat or a family holiday home.

Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand. Misty Mountain Hut supports local Piha staff by paying $40/hr.
