Private holiday home in medieval village in the Lucca hills, Tuscany. With a private pool and spectacular views through the valley. The house is completely private, nothing to share with anyone else, it's all yours. Pisa, Lucca Florence and Siena are within driving distance, as well as the sea and Cinque Terre. The house is in the Apuan Alps for great hiking, a perfect combination between nature and culture. The house has 1 bathroom and stairs are on the outside of the house, see the pictures.

The property also has a gym area and is a few minutes walk from a restaurant. There is a large living room and kitchen, furnished with interesting period country furniture and 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is a work out area in the garden for the guests to use and also a fabulous dining balcony set off the kitchen.

Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
