This house is ideal for an adult family/groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Toddlers/young children are not permitted. The house is close to town and many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities
