Modern apartment near downtown

This stylish suite is brand new as of May 2024! Beautifully decorated and convenient to everything Savannah has to offer! The living room/kitchen has a beautiful stone fireplace, a futon sofa and blowup mattress for extra guests. The custom kitchen cabinets are fully stocked for all of your needs. The Master suite offers a new King size bedroom suite as well as a new plush memory foam mattress, sheets and pillows. The bathroom offers a spacious tile shower and new linens as well. Welcome!

This apartment was renovated in late 2022 so everything is brand new! 1 queen bedroom with blackout curtains and a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal for those nights you want to stay in and watch streaming TV on the comfy couch. Parking for 1 car is free and just in front of the unit. *There is a 2nd 1 bed/1 bath next door that is also available.

The property is on the Tennessee-Mississippi state line in the small town of Guys, TN. There are no stop lights, no hustle and bustle, and no traffic - just a calm, relaxed, in the heart of the country. Guests are just minutes away from several attractions including Crazy K wedding venue, Springhill Farm wedding venue,Downtown Corinth, MS, Shiloh National Battlefield, Magnolia Hospital Big Hill Pond State Park, and Pickwick Lake. All 10-25 min away. Magnolia hospital is 9 miles away.
