Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Page's Legacy: Summertime Fun at the Lake!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. River Loft Cabin w Free Kayaks

Free kayaks at this remote log cabin on the river in the Tennessee Highlands! Kayaks include one double sit-on-top kayak and one single Pescador kayak. Our remote cabin overlooks the East Fork Obey River (Dale Hollow Lake), and the scenic Tennessee Highlands. Stroll down to the water to fish or launch your boat from the nearby ramp on Riverton Road, just one street over. End the day by the outdoor fireplace, or relax on one of the two porches to stargaze.

Cottage w/ boat parking, 2.7mi to free boat launch

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!
