Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

Island View is cozy 2 bedroom cottage with all the amenities of home. Each bedroom has a double bed. The sunroom has a double day bed. We recently added a screen room. Enjoy your day on the private dock or lounge on the shared beach. The views of the lake are stunning and the sunsets are amazing! We are just 20 minutes north of Parry Sound so you can take a trip into town to shop, dine or walk along the waterside trail. You can also spend a day at the nearby Kill Bear Provincial Park.

The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. This cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Closest grocery store and LCBO are only 4 min drive from the cottage.
