Le logement était mieux que ce qu’on imaginait. Tout est pensé au détails prêts. Cuisine très complète. Hôte super sympathique, on a passé un superbe moment.

Maria ist eine sehr organisierte und aktive Gastgeberin. Alle Infos standen uns rechtzeitig zur Verfügung. Maria war immer erreichbar. Traumhaftes Appartements mit Emily in Paris Gefühl. Top Verbindung zu Bus und Metro. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jedoch "nur" übernachtet und waren wenig dort.

We had a great time here. The beds are very comfortable and the location was amazing. The area was filled with many cafes, bars, and restaurants. Despite how busy this part of town was, the place was very quiet at night in the apartment. The only downside we experienced was the laundry. We stayed for two nights and could never get access to the shared laundry because it was always in use. The machine takes 6 hours with each load, and the neighbor did many loads, and you are not supposed to use it overnight. So every time we looked, which was every time we were in our room, there was already a wet load turning in the machine. We had hoped to wash one load to catch up on laundry but never could.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hervé. Le logement est atypique et charmant. Tout peux se faire à pied de chez lui. Si nous revenons à Bruxelles, nous y retournerons. Je recommande.

Au-delà de l'appartement, qui jouit d'un emplacement parfait à proximité de la Bastille et dans un quartier très vivant, toutes les commodités et de nombreux restaurants à seulement quelques pas, Anne et son mari ont été à l'écoute et en recherche de solutions pour satisfaire nos besoins (notamment pour un chek-out tardif). Au milieu de tout cela, le loft est un petit havre de paix, dans une arrière-cours au calme. Le lieu idéal pour se poser après une journée de visites ou de travail. Pratique, le tout décoré avec goût. En un mot, formidable. Nous recommandons à 200% cette location qui coche toutes les cases pour un séjour réussi.

Such a nice place to stay in Paris. The cozy loft style lodging was nice and the amenities were modern, clean, and stylish. I love the little neighborhood outside of the hustle of busy Paris and it was safe to walk around all times of the day. The owner even walked me around to her favorite bakery and showed me the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and will certainly visit again soon.

Nous avons aimé la tranquilité des lieux, le fait d’être en retrait du centre plus bruyant. Accès facile partout car le métro est tout près. Logement agréable pour 3 personnes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

Margot is an outstanding host! Her apartment is beautiful, charming and comfortable. You feel like a real Parisian when you stay at her place, conveniently located in the hip, cool (but not overly “touristy”) Sentier district. Check in was a breeze, and Margot’s local recommendations were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!

This adorable apartment made our stay in Paris extra special. First of all, the location cannot be beat. It’s in an amazing neighborhood and super close to a central train station. The apartment itself was super clean, so cute, and just what we were looking for. Emma communicated proactively, let us check in early, and even recommended where we could stash our luggage the day we left. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Piso muy recomendable,muy limpio y cómodo, con todos los útiles necesarios para una buena estancia. Muy espacioso. Zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada con resto de barrios de París, estación de metro muy cercana , en la esquina a 20 metros o menos. Sin ruidos. El anfitrión muy atento,amable y rápido cuando le pedimos algunas dudas. Tener en cuenta que hay pocos supermercados y sitios donde comer en el barrio o no supimos encontrarlos .

Très joli et bien décoré, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la Tour Eiffel. Le logement est spacieux et moderne. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis et nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain voyage sur Paris. Nous n'avons pas vu les hôtes physiquement mais ils ont été très réactifs par téléphone ou sms et notre arrivée s'est très bien passée avec la serrure électronique.

Appartement très agréable,très bien agencé et très fonctionnel. Très bien situé , accès du métro à 5 mn à pied., boulangerie au pied de l'appartement Lirane très à l’écoute et réactive aux questions . Très bon accueil de Benjamin lors de la remise des clefs. Do not hesitate to book this amazing place in the BEST LOCATION!! Just stop looking and book it and be treated to an amazing guest experience. Groceries, metro station, bakery, restaurants, bank ATM, farmers mkt (2x per week) just minutes away. Literally minutes! It was fantastic, best location ever!  On top of all that, the host was truly amazing. She checked in on us many times and she gave us so much help with questions we had, whether it was how to buy certain groceries or how to get to a certain place, how to use the metro, etc. All those questions that come up when you are traveling, she was always there to answer. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting is good. The little dishwasher was great. It was nice to have a clean, large refrigerator with some coffee pods and a nice Nespresso machine as well as teabags.  We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The shower was very clean, great hot water supply. There was a towel warmer that also had a warming fan.

Logement très lumineux, impeccable, bien organisé. L'environnement est paisible. Sylvette est venue gentiment nous accueillir,et nous donner toutes les instructions nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. La Thiérache est une belle région,avec de jolies villages,de bons produits.Les gens sont vraiment très ouverts,et le soleil brille aussi dans le Nord!

Séjour très agréable une hôte toujours prête à rendre service, L'appartement est très agréable. Que dire de plus a part que je recommande !

Lovely place for a long stay. Great location and very walkable. The stairs are TOUGH, just a fair warning. Really appreciated how much linen was available. Overall, absolutely recommend if you can climb five flights.
