Museum Suite - Luxurious unit with a City View -

Decorated with ornate elegance, the apartment exudes an air of grandeur. Touches of white Carrara marble and stone floors add a richness to this bright and open space. Entering through a large stone archway into the grand foyer, your eye is immediately drawn to the captivating views of the arno river. Magnificent stone columns lead into the large living room of the apartment. Furnished with a combination of antiques and modern fixtures, this room offers a wonderful space to entertain at home while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city. Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

L'appartamento finemente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort è in una zona storica vivace ed autentica ricca di locali, ristoranti, caffetterie e gelaterie, ma fuori dal caos del centro, comunque raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti (10 dal Ponte Vecchio). Il nome della casa deriva dal vicino Giardino delle Rose a cui si accede proprio uscendo da casa e da cui si raggiunge il Piazzale Michelangelo per un panorama magnifico di Firenze. Check-in fin dal mattino e check-out anche il pomeriggio

San Niccolò alcove near Ponte Vecchio

Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata , in stile fiorentino con cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori che possono servire tipo: piano cottura, forno , microonde, tostapane , stoviglie.... divano in pelle e tv , un tavolo dove poter mangiare. Ogni stanza ha finestre , molto luminoso con meravigliosi affacci sul verde e sulle mura del 1300 che circondano Firenze .letto matrimoniale in pelle bianco un bagno molto grande con una doccia gigante con finestra , cabina armadio e lavanderia ……
