This property is very excellent to stay and exactly what they have shown in the photo and also we feel cost effetive. They are highly flexible in check in check out. Room was very clean and higienic . The environment is totally green and peacefull. Power backup, RO water for drinking, Hot water in bath room and AC were good. Furnished kitchen was available. Well furnised hall and outside sitting arrangement in the terrace for evening hours rest and relaxing was very usefull. Above all after confirmation of booking Shri Nitin Despondey was in continuous touch with me and He had made arrangement for our local visit and helped us to reach us in the early morning to reach his house without any difficulty. Above all the hopitality extended by Smt Pooja Madam was excellent and she had prepared tasty, higienic breakfast and dinner inspite of her busy schedule for us. We become family members of them . We are very much thankful to Smt Pooja family. We had very cordial discussion with them .

The best reason for choosing Hotel Vijay Residency is Mr. Singh , the manager. You can be sure he will work to accommodate your every wish with in reason. He went way above and beyond our expectations. He also has Guru Nanak Tours which he is able to arrange your sight seeing, and his service is great. The hotel is also very accommodating with your meals. Our evening meal was lovely and breakfast was always interesting and tasty. Your omelette will be made to order. Our driver was booked through Mr Singh and he took us to some wonderful restaurants for our evening meal. The only suggestion I would make is that if you have a physical limitation, as I have, request the first floor as there is no lift. But I do strongly recommend Hotel Vijay Residency for hospitality, price, location and most especially for the attention you will receive to make your stay special. We feel we have a new friend in Aurangabad and look forward to staying with Mr Singh again when we visit Aurangabad. Kael

Kunal and his wife are amazing hosts. The communication was quick and on point at all times. Their place is a little outside of the main city and away from the stress and noise. Perfect to wind down and relax and to process all the experiences and images from visiting the caves, etc. I felt so taken care of, safe and right away like in the perfect spot with lots of privacy for myself. The Room including big Bathroom and Loggia is super spacious, luxurious and very clean. I would totally recommend staying there, if a little luxury and quiet time is what you are looking for ;.))

We stayed at Sanjay ji`s property for 3 days. It was nice. The food given by the service provider is good. The location is good for sightseeing across Aurangabad. Regards, Yuvaraj Pawar
