公寓的位置特别好，过了马路就是卡伦海滩。在房间的阳台上就能看到海滩。 公寓楼下有漂亮的泳池，孩子们非常喜欢。周围便利店餐馆也非常多。 公寓里面可以做饭，电磁灶、微波炉、烤面包机还有餐具都很齐全，早上煎个鸡蛋烤个面包热个牛奶很方面。 热水和水压也都很好，洗澡很舒服。 房东人也很好，礼貌热情，响应速度快。还准备了迎接水果和小零食，中间有点小问题也都很及时的解决掉了。 唯一的问题就是因为临着马路，会有一些噪音，对噪音敏感的人需要谨慎一些。

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoyed our stay here, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, very convenient location to the beach and the town. Highly recommend staying here.

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Loved my stay here. Super close to Fitness Street, just 5 mins by bike. The villa was peaceful, had a beautiful little pool, and the host was really easy to talk to. Would definitely come back.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. I would highly recommend staying at the villa it so comfortable and away from the chaos of Katu town and absolute Gem thanks so much

Ben is a super responsive hosts and very helpful! The place is really beautiful, clean and modern. Very good for families that are looking for good hygiene. Our kids had a great time in the villa! The lounge is amazing, good social area to chill with friends! Close to town, even though it’s not by walking distance, but within 10 mins drive to boat avenue with great restaurants and villa market.

빠통비치는 푸켓에서 꽤나 붐비고 시끄러운 지역 중 하나라고 생각합니다만 이 숙소는 도보로 이곳저곳 이동할 수 있는 위치에 있음과 동시에 조용하기도 하여 장점이 많습니다. 숙소의 컨디션은 정말 깔끔했고 관리하는게 느껴졌으며 신경써서 디자인한 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. Ms Darla 또한 소통을 빠르고 정확하게 잘 해주셔서 편했습니다. 고양이도 정말 귀엽습니다👍

We had a great stay at Antonio's place. It was exactly as described within walking distance (or quick tuk tuk or grab ride) to great restaurants. Very clean and spacious. We didn't realize it was an hour from downtown Phuket but that was our fault not the hosts. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged for us in a nice van which we appreciated very much. Quiet location. Beach not really swimmable right in front of the property. but a short beach walk to Bang Tao beach or Surin beach. The local host Mimi was so very helpful and responsive. Would recommend!
