Mill and her family were wonderful, gracious hosts. They were happy to show me around the village and cooked delicious food. The homestay is in a rural part of Hanoi, and is a great way to experience authentic Vietnamese life in the countryside. I would definitely recommend Mill’s place to any adventurous travellers who want to experience Vietnam outside of hotels and typical tourist destinations.
