Nơi ở độc đáo này mang một phong cách rất riêng với tầm view ôm trọn cầu hôn và biển. Căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ tại Sunset town với tầm nhìn toàn cảnh ra biển, cáp treo Hòn Thơm, cầu hôn, tháp đồng hồ… với đầy đủ các tiện ích trong căn hộ cũng như của tòa nhà như bể bơi vô cực, phòng tập Gym, Kid Club…….. Mỗi đêm từ phòng khách và phòng ngủ có thể xem show nhạc nước và pháo hoa. Đi bộ xuống bãi tắm biển cách tòa nhà 300m. Xung quanh tòa nhà là các restaurants, cafe, các khách sạn, chợ đêm và siêu thị.
