It's a very nice apartment with three solo room. And three decent big beds. Me and my friends were very happy about the accommodation. The place is right next to the Landmark 81, tallest building in the city. Environment around is nice and quiet at night. We would choose the same place if we come to Ho Chi Minh again.

Great Airbnb, in a great complex. Comfortable beds, great aircon and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, comfy and overall a lovely stay

L’endroit est très bien situé et plutôt sécurisé, le quartier est typique vietnamien avec beaucoup de spot de street food accessible à pieds tout en étant très proche de District 1 et des endroits touristiques. L’hôte est très gentil et pourra vous conseiller des endroits à visiter et/ou manger à Saigon. Si vous avez de la chance, Justin vous montrera même comment cuisiner des plats typique de la région ! Enfin l’appartement est au dernier étage d’une résidence, vous disposez d’une salle de bain / toilette relié à votre chambre. Le standing n’est pas le même qu’en Europe mais est très descent pour un logement au Vietnam, je recommande cette chambre pour son rapport place/qualité/prix.

The room is spacious and has a beautiful, peaceful view of the river. The location is also fantastic for exploring the local markets and food vendors on foot. It only took us less than 15 minutes to reach the center districts. There are also loads of cafes and local restaurants in the area to try out. The check-in/ check-out process is quick and simple, and the owner is super friendly. You definitely need to stay here if you want to get the authentic Saigon-er experience.

We stayed a month at Bach's place and loved it- we were sad to leave at the end and would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked. The apartment is well-equipped and we felt right at home, perfect for a longer stay. The view overlooking the zoo was a highlight- great to see so much greenery in such a central location. Lastly, we loved the area. So many great restaurants, bars cafes within walking distance of the apartment and the neighbourhood had a great buzz.

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

房源在一个很local的区域，你可以深入感受到当地人的生活。房东和她的姐姐非常热情漂亮，他们还有一只很可爱的狗，谢谢房东请我吃水果，甚至在早上为我做了美味的鸡肉米粉和咖啡。

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

Everything described about the place is accurate. Cleaned and a very communicative host. The neighborhood is calm with locals who are very nice. The location is a 15min walk from the center. I recommend this place!

Everything’s good.

Our group of 5 stayed here for two nights. It’s directly across the bridge from District 1, super convenient location to get to all the main attractions. Spacious living room and kitchen, but didn’t really use it since we ate out most days or GRAB for meals. Floors were a little dusty, and no extra blankets. So if your group needs it, request for it ahead of time.

Mọi vật dụng trong nhà được chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu, chu đáo và có gu, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng ,tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thoáng và chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Một staycation rất tuyệt.

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We hadden hoge verwachtingen en deze zijn zwaar overtroffen, de ruimte is prachtig ingericht, en was super netjes. De sauna, zwembad en gym waren net zoals het appartement prachtig; het zwembad loopt 360graden om het complex heen wat zorgt voor veel ruimte en altijd een plekje in de zon! De sauna was heerlijk ruim, genoeg voor 5 om comfortabel te zitten. En de gym had alles wat je nodig had! De mini minpunten: - de rechter schuifdeur naar het balkon was een beetje stroef maar de linker deed het gewoon goed dus dat was verder geen probleem -er was enigszins weinig bestek, borden en glazen. Verder niks op dit appartement aan te merken geweldig verblijf gehad de deur portier was ook een geweldige vent!

Had a great time with my children.. even tho they are messy af.. The team helped us alot with cleaning and are always on call for any question. I would definitely stay here afain
