100% would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Binh Thanh! Kim, her husband and whole team were awesome. The perfect oasis in Saigon!

Pretty nice and comfortable apartment with a nice view. Most amenities are pretty good.

From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

Quality and safe neighbourhood. Great place relatively close to district 1 and main attractions. The service is great, our clothes were washed daily, rooms were cleaned daily which is beyond my expectation and Andy was very useful in every way. I would come back to this place next time without hesitation

Has washer and dryer. Open space and comfortable. Besides traffic noise, quiet and well insulated for peaceful rejuvenation and sleep. Beds were extra firm, fyi.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Thao and her husband were the sweetest pf hosts. They helped me with everything and treated me like family! Thao gabe me welcoming wine and moon cake. They also drove me to the airport when i left. Thank you so much!!!

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.
