Il est parfait pour un séjour de 8 personnes .Traverser la rue et vous avez accès à notre terrain sur le bord de l’eau privé et prenez votre apéro sur le Quai (été) les pieds dans l’eau

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
