We had a good stay! Thank you! The place can probably fit up to 20pax, maximum. Very good for family reunions. The locals were kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the other activities at the beach (atv and dragon boat). The adults enjoyed the peace, occasional videoke, and the conversations and bonding that an airbnb this big provides. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Casa Martine is a perfect place for family and friends who are looking for a place to stay in Clark. The place is near to different restaurants, malls and attractions. Our kids had a lot fun swimming, playing and singing. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kath is a very accommodating host. We will definitely go back.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this beautiful house. The place was spotless and well maintained. Pauline was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and peaceful . Overall I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a comfortable clean and cozy place.

Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Ich habe das Haus für meine Familie gebucht. Lynette antwortet extrem schnell und hat viel Hilfe von sich aus angeboten und konnte uns immer eine super Lösung bieten ( zum Beispiel Van Vermietung und Touren). Auch als wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr hatten aber noch länger auf der Insel blieben, konnten wir weiterhin noch Fahrzeuge mieten. Außerdem konnten wir mit ihr spontane Änderungen sofort abstimmen und danken ihr wirklich sehr für ihr großes Entgegenkommen. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wifi war super stabil und schnell und das karaoke singen hat Spaß gemacht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Vor Ort hat sie ein tolles Team! Für große Gruppen oder Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

It was lovely staying at Rosalie’s home on our trip. Rosalie’s friend Mat was there to greet us during check-in, help with luggage, and go over the basics of the house. He also stayed in touch throughout the stay to provide tips and help arrange ride to the airport. The location can be tricky to find if not shown first. But it’s easy to communicate to your transportation by a know building on the map. The road leading to the house unfortunately can get muddy during rain. The house has a spacious front yard decorated with gorgeous plants, as well as few cats of Rosalie who stay in the yard and around the neighborhood. It felt very safe with a locked front gate to the yard. Inside was clean, well decorated and spacious. Internet through Starlink had both good speed and rooms coverage. House is equipped with backup battery to power the essentials during island’s occasional brownouts.

Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations.
