Cozy Hideaway in the Historic Anafiotika Neighborhood

Arrive at sunset to share a bottle of wine on a secret terrace that has an old stone wall and a timeless view of ancient Lycabettus Hill. It's bright and airy inside this restored apartment, and the floors are tiled with cool marble throughout. This open plan residence expanding in two levels offers a comfortable and elegant stay. The marble along with oak wood and golden details create a simple and delightful atmosphere. The antique table with the one of a kind chairs next to the window create the perfect spot to admire the unforgetable view of the city and Lycabetous hill. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. Kind of the same but in reality so different view of the city and the Hill. All the spaces of the house indoors and outdoors expanding in two levels, are accessible to the guests. The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Oikia Ouranou

Oikia Ouranou is a stonehouse located in Livadi in Aegina. Built in the 1960s, it has housed special moments and summer memories of three generations of the Ouranou Family. The house comprises of 2 separate apartments (ground floor, 1st floor), a spacious “veranda” on the garden for large gatherings, and a beautiful garden that has welcomed many children summer games. The beach is a 5min walk, the area offers many walking roots, and the port of Aegina is 5min drive or 20min walk.

The house is a 15 minute-drive from the airport, 10 minute-drive from the port of Rafina (where you can take a ship to visit our wonderful islands) and a 15 minute-drive from the nearest underground station. It is situated in a very quiet area, in the countryside, with a large garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea. We offer pick up&drop off to the airport at an extra cost.
