I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

Built in 1908, The Farmhouse sits on two acres of breathtaking property. The heavily wooded yard around the house gives the impression of being very secluded but in reality is just blocks away from the charming town square. Situated behind The Farmhouse is the idyllic orchard with over 250 apple trees.

Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.
