The cabin features a rainforest shower, loft with a queen bed and a twin, and a double pull-out on the main floor. Stay cozy with a beautiful fireplace and enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. It’s a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Ottawa River! located an hour and a half from Ottawa, and 10 minutes from Pembroke.

The Cozy Crooked Carriage House

Built in 1894, our crooked carriage house is a cozy place to stay. Enjoy all the charm and character of a century home, with modern amenities to provide a comfortable stay. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, with the comfort of knowing your hosts live next door should your needs not be fully met. Located downtown, close to the waterfront, Pembroke Regional Hospital and Algonquin College. Easy commute to CFB Petawawa, CNL and Algonquin Park.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
