Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

The renovated private studio apartment is on the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to the city across the footbridge just outside the building. Our stunning King’s Park is a short stroll up the street. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).
