We loved our stay here. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Oliver and Melissa were great hosts - friendly and communicative. Flat was spotless and they went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at James' place and that probably tells you everything you need to know! Great interaction and nice personal touches. The flat has spacious bedrooms and livingroom. All is spotless including the linen and towels. You have a designated parking space so no need to worry about where you should park. The coffee maker was a welcome addition! We will be back.

Booked this for my parents while they were visiting us in Dunblane. The flat was very spacious, clean, and had all the utilities and many more thoughtful touches. The location was perfect—right on the High Street. Communication with Carol was excellent. We’d be happy to come back!

This was such a cozy and bright home to stay in in Dunkeld, and the garden was incredible. I totally recommend it; Olivia is a great communicator, and the location can't be beat: you can walk right across the bridge to the arts center, right up the hill to the most beautiful walks in the forest, right across the street to remarkable cafes and shops. I can't wait to come back to this beautiful place.

This was one of the most stunning Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Beautiful interiors that are very modern but still have a cosy vibe. Surroundings are so peaceful and super close to the Gleneagles Hotel. Elizabeth was very helpful and sent us a great local guide before the trip. She was very responsive and happy to help. We would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat.

A couple of our party struggle with stairs. Thought we had booked an apartment, not spotting the photo of the internal stairs. ( That's on us, but those concerned decided they'd still come ) But all a bit surprised that the whole property started on the 1st floor. I'm sure it hasn't dawned on the owners to mention it but perhaps it is worth including it in the description. Gorgeous property though, highly recommended. Have your passenger be really precise with the parking instructions, they are right but you have to pay attention. Thanks. JS

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Stable Cottage. Aimee and her sidekick Archie were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful. The cottage is in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area with a garden and hot tub that lets you appreciate the surroundings. Very dog friendly with an enclosed garden and paddock for runs, the local area has plenty of walks in most directions, including a great pub not far away that has dog friendly tables too. The personal touches really made the stay, we always appreciate fresh eggs! The cottage is perfect for two and has everything we needed. There is a Tesco nearby but that feels like a different world compared to the peaceful cottage. A relaxing and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Loved the antique decor, lots of characters and made the place feel homey. Clean and tidy. Hosts had great communication. Location was convenient, only a short walk from high street and Loch Leven.

Fantastic stay! Great accommodation, great facilities, restaurant on site and over at the courtyard were fantastic. Hot box spa is a must if in the area!

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. John has a modern, wonderful flat in a terrific location. We felt very comfortable in the flat. There were numerous amenities nearby. John was easily accessible and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this location.

Very lovely place to stay. We used this as a last place to stay after our camping roadtrip round Scotland. It was a beautifully decorated place with everything you could need. Check-in was very easy with the videos and texts sent guiding us through the process. The apartment was very clean. The only thing I would say was the place did smell very strongly of bacon when we checked-in. We didn't actually arrive until 8pm, so the place could've done with some windows opening to remove the smell. We did also have issue getting in the swimming pool in the morning as our fobs didn't work. We did message Fraser and he responded straight away giving us a code to get in. We was really impressed with the speed as we would've been gutted not to make use of the pool/sauna as this was the main selling point. We managed to get in with no-one else around and this was much needed after the walks. The pool could've done with a clean but this didn't ruin the experience. Overall, brilliant accommodation
