Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our beautiful double room is located on the first floor up a small flight of stairs. has a queen sized double bed and washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. The en-suite bathroom has underfloor heating and Jacuzzi bath with shower. Complementary toiletries are provided.

Upstairs warm room with comfy kingsize bed, ensuite with shower. This room also has a single bed which can be made up if requested. Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.
