For the second year in a row, we had the pleasure of staying here, and once again, it was an incredible experience. Rony is truly a super host, his attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay made all the difference. Traumvilla, luxuriös, alles dabei, voll ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Wohnanlage ist mit Security und Strand ist in der nähe. Geschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto kann man auch dazu mieten was ein Megavorteil ist. Sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlicher und kümmert sich um alles. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder. Danke, Uzeur!

This stunning villa in JVC was a great experience. Spread over three floors with two living areas (one is used for a professional billiard table, which was one of the reasons we booked the house) and generously sized en-suite bedrooms.. so perfect for our extended family used for touch of luxury. Early morning on the terrace was nice, cigarettes in the yard in the evening, my husband appreciated the well-appointed kitchen for cooking sessions. The location is fantastic when you have a car or used to call an Uber to go around — just 20 minutes to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to the Marina, its a peaceful neighborhood, there was a construction site which didnt bother us, windows are very well functioning. A pool is just next door, was a nice touch for the kids

Great place to stay, the villa was very clean and has all the basic appliances and utensils required for a self service.

I had rented the place as part of my daughter's wedding in Ajman.Stay was the least of my tensions as everything was so smooth and was Shireesh and the caretaker Jamal was always available for any requirements.Villa is so beautiful and with the lighting decorations it looked amazing beyond words.All the visitors loved the place.i stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable and homely as well.Very good location to access different parts of the city ,yet in a quiet and private area.I would highly recommend the place for any family gatherings or small events too as there is a hall with excellent interior and sound system.Its also sound proof .Special note for Jamal who looks after the house with so much care .Super clean all the time.

Hosted dads 60th birthday and just fell like home .. the villa was so beautiful.. big ..accommodated all the request we requested .. was the best decision to host the party there

We had a fantastic 12-night stay with our family! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location had a lovely community feel—safe, welcoming, and vibrant. We especially enjoyed exploring the local souk just a short drive away, which had plenty of fresh food, drinks, and everything in between. The building’s amenities were also a big plus. The gym was well-equipped and the swimming pool was perfect for both kids and adults to unwind after a day out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with great facilities and a top-notch host!

Great villa in a great residential location! Close to communal pool. Also close to Global Village and other smaller malls, around 25 min drive to downtown Dubai. Perfect for families. Very responsive host, clean and tidy villa!

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

The villa is beautiful and perfectly situated on a private golf estate, offering a luxurious and serene retreat. The interior is tastefully decorated with bright, immaculate rooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, boasting a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, and plenty of crockery and utensils. The spacious living area opens on to a beautiful enclosed garden. This peaceful outdoor space includes a BBQ, a small, deep pool to cool off in and vibrant flowers with ample garden furniture, making it perfect for sunbathing or dining al fresco. Anas, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, including accommodating a 2am check-in and responding promptly to any queries. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, home-away-from-home in Dubai.

Расположение виллы хорошее, легко найти. На все вопросы быстро отвечали и легко было общаться. Количество посуды ( чашек, вилок, тарелок) не рассчитано на 6 человек.
