Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

We stayed here as a family of five and had a wonderful time. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly and the location is great, only a short drive to everything Hatta has to offer. Night time is very peaceful. The inside of the villa is very spacious. We would definitely come back!

The place is clean and has everything you need. The beautiful view makes it a very relaxing spot. Checking in was easy because Omar, the host, gave us all the instructions beforehand. He was quick to respond to any questions I had about the place. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time with family or friends. There’s plenty to do in the area, and restaurants are just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about food. We will definitely book this place again.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

The stay was incredible! We had a great time while taking in the beautiful view. One downside is the pool—it doesn't have a heater, so it's not usable in the mornings or evenings during the winter. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are basic toiletries provided. Plus, there's a grocery store nearby that's within walking distance from the villa.

I booked this for my family who were visiting Dubai and highly recommend it. It is a well-decorated, clean apartment, suitable for families with children, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and amenities. The location is also outstanding, with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. I also liked that the listing came with an underground parking space. The hosts were professional and very responsive, which made the entire process easy. Thanks for having us!

Todo perfecto, es una pasada de apartamento, es increíbles es super lujoso y las vistas del balcón son espectaculares, nos ha encantado estar en este apartamento ya que la ubicación y todo espectaculares excelente! Volveremos a repetir cuando volvamos! Mil gracias por todo, el apartamento está dentro de un hotel de 5 estrellas y es increíble.

Heerlijk huis, mooi ingericht,fijne buurt. Prachtig uitzicht op balkon,ochtends even ontbijt halen beneden, en heerlijk op t balkon genieten.

I had a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the experience smooth. The place was as described, clean, and comfortable.

Tökéletes környezet, tökéletes szállás egy rendkívül gyorsan és részletesen kommunikáló házigazda. A lakás mindennel rendelkezik, ha pár napra, vagy hosszabb időre is érkezik ide valaki. A szállás nagyon jó lokációval rendelkezik, minden fő látnivaló, 10-15 perces távolságra van.

Hareb was very friendly and quick to respond. Very flexible and accomodating host. Place was very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Great location very close to all the shops, restaurants, tram station and beach. The host was very responsive. The shower door was slightly loose and I was worried that it might break and they had maintenance over instantly. Really enjoyed my trip and would definitely recommend
