We were two female travelers and we had a very pleasant stay at this home. The host was proactive and sent clear instructions. Check in was seamless and the place is exactly like seen in the pictures. It was kept tidy and with necessity amenities to provide for a comfortable and homely stay. The bed and sofa were comfortable, extra linens and pillows available. The room was stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee mixes etc. The plenty books and curios in the room added a lot of character:)

it is away from center but metro line (both green and red ) is very close so it is a handy to go visit where ever you want. Also easy access to the airport. There were lots of cheaper options of eateries, and seems like has lots of Indian eatery around this area too. They have a pool open from 9am till 6pm. Nice and clean and was refreshing swimming. Host are very responsive as well. Wi fi seems in and iff especially in the morning and night time.

Dubai Hills - идеальный район для проживания. Хороший парк, рядом торговый центр. Квартира отличная, чистая, есть вся необходимая посуда. В доме очень большая территория, есть пинг-понг, бильярд, настольный футбол, беседки со столиками, столы для работы на ресепшне. В бассейне достаточно лежаков и зонтиков

Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de presque tout. Très reposant quand vous êtes dans le logement. Une vue incroyable, très propre. L’hôte a été très réactif et a résolu tout les petits soucis qu’on n’a plus avoir. Je recommande ce logement à n’importe quel voyageur pour un séjour agréable et calme vous allez adorer.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Die Gegend ist toll und man kommt mit dem Taxi schnell an jeden Ort in der Stadt. Direkt über die Strasse hat es eine kleine Mall wo man alles findet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir werden das nächste Mal gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Martina and Paul have been wonderful hosts during our stay. From reservation to check out, they communicated proactively and were easily reachable via what's app. The little issues (mainly us being clueless on how to operate a lock, or turn on the gas) were dealt with promptly and professionally. The building is recent (c. 2016) and located a couple of minute's walk from the Dubai Mall. There are several convenience stores open 24/7 downstairs. The unit is spacious, even by Dubai standards, and is tastefully decorated. Quite surprisingly for Dubai, it has an expansive view of the Palace, Creek Harbour and Oud Metha. The only potential inconvenience to some guests could be the construction site facing the unit. This is not uncommon in Dubai. At the time of our stay, the construction seemed to be on pause. When it resumes however, it could turn out to be quite noisy. I am sure Paul and Martina will communicate on this. Overall we had a great time staying at this place.

Great apartment , big , and luxury. Good location at the marina. Very clean and quiet.
