The property is located within 1 mile of Richton, 30 minutes from Hattiesburg and Laurel, and 1- 1.5 hours from the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula).

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Go fishing in a bass pond or walk a short distance to a 2 acre catfish pond. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back porch overlooking the pond. This place is centrally located 1 and 1/2 hours from Mobile and The Gulf Coast Casinos. We are 2 and 1/2 hours from New Orleans, 20 minutes from Hattiesburg and 30 minutes to Laurel. You will be greeted by two friendly German Shepards, Hans and Heidi Wiseman.

Bamboo Inn

I built this cabin.. Great fishing from boat dock at end of stairs. Beautiful view of the river. Very nice wooden bar at ground level. Has access to a huge sand bar just right down from cabin. Peaceful and Quiet!
