This lovely cottage style home is located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It is perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests & pets are welcome too! This location is 10 minutes to ARH, 5 minutes to HCTC, & surrounded by areas for hunting, fishing & trail riding. The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.

This updated cottage is located in Hyden, KY, & is convenient to Frontier Nursing University, the middlefork of the Kentucky River, as well as many areas for riding trails & hunting. The property has all new furniture throughout with luxury linens in the bath & bedrooms. The property features a stove with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Bring only your toothbrush and personal items, everything else is provided for your mountain getaway!

East Main Place is located on the edge of downtown Hazard. Originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors & laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50” Roku TV, including HBO Max and Paramount + , is provided in the living room. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street.

Little House on the River resides by the Beech Fork, a tributary of the Middle Fork Kentucky River. This is the perfect Appalachian getaway to enjoy local culture and the beauty of the mountains. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of porch sitting by the water. Or maybe you enjoy a little more adventure? This area is known for its hunting, fishing, hiking, and ATV trails.
