The Home Place

The Homeplace is the most recent overnight lodging venue at the DD Lazy T Ranch. The ranch is a working cattle ranch located 3 miles west of Perryville on Hwy 60 W, already home to the DD Lazy T Ranch Bed, Breakfast & Barn. The original headquarters of the ranch, The Homeplace is a restored 1950’s farmhouse with simple country charm furnished completely with antiques that are for sale. We are centrally located to Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, Pinnacle Mtn, and Lake Sylvia State Parks, and Nimrod Lake.

Black Fox Loft

Hidden among the trees on private acreage near Petit Jean State Park, Black Fox Loft is a modern woodland retreat designed for relaxation, adventure and unforgettable nights under the stars. This striking black cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and seclusion. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the covered porch while listening to bird songs, your afternoons exploring scenic trails and waterfalls of Petit Jean and your evening soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit.

Fern's Cottage

Fern's Cottage is 6 miles from Pinnacle Mountain State Park where you can climb, hike, picnic, canoe and fish. 16 miles from Moss Mountain Farm, 8 miles from Enchanted Evening Event Center and 4 miles from Ferncliff Conference Center. It is also close to the Big Dam Bridge and Two Rivers Park, with biking, walking, jogging trails. Less than 10 miles from eateries and shopping areas. Close to area hospitals and businesses. After an active day, beautiful serenity of Fern's Cottage awaits you.

Lake house with spectacular view

This cozy lake house is a great family retreat with a dock and a boat house. We provide kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, tackle and gear, & fire pit. Enjoy ping pong. Pool table and 25 different board games and puzzles are available. There is a 55 foot zipline! Tree swing! Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds & a sleeper sofa. 30 minutes from West Little Rock and less than 30 minutes to Mt. Petit Jean State Park and Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Gas grill provided.

Lake House: Kayak, Fish, Fire Pit, Covered Patio

Our vacation home is nestled on a private 40-acre fishing lake. The lake is excellent for fishing (no swimming or skiing allowed). Get the best of both worlds: a peaceful, rural lake house setting close enough to access Conway’s best shops and restaurants. The lake house is 8 miles to UCA, 9.7 miles to Hendrix, and 8.7 miles to C.B.C. for families who want to visit. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must be present during the entire stay.

Comfy Home Away from Home near Petit Jean

Enjoy downtime in our newer 1500 sq ft home or use as a hub for day trips. Check out popular attractions (many free) including Petit Jean Mountain and State Park, Clinton Library, Pinnacle Mountain, Mt. Nebo, Mt. Magazine (the highest point in the state), Heifer International, Harris Brake, Wooly Hollow State Park, Lake Dardanelle, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Conway, Museum of Automobiles, and more! Grill in the yard, relax in the jacuzzi tub or rest on the back porch to recharge.

The Weekender-Fourche Cabin (Cabin 1)

Located just minutes from Lake Nimrod and Sunlight Bay, The Weekender Fourche Cabin is perfect for the adventurer looking to snag the catch of the day. Hot Springs and Little Rock are within an hours' drive of this little oasis. With multiple state parks in any direction the cabin provides a clean sanctuary to the Arkansas hiker, cyclist, or outdoor enthusiast. The cabin has free parking allowing motorcyclists a safe place to park after an exciting drive up scenic Route 7.

Davis Ranch

Relax with the whole family at Davis Ranch. The former home of my parents Bill and Rosemary Davis. Newly remodeled to feel A little like the family home. Come relax and stay awhile. Nearby Lake Nimrod offers great fishing and beautiful scenery. Be sure to visit the Junction Cafe while in town for a meal but check for hours of operation. Sunsets on the Arkansas river Site2

Sitting above the Arkansas River you have an excellent view of the river below. Enjoy the magical sunsets and more stars than you can count! When it's a full moon, you can watch it coming up through the trees as you are sitting in front of the fire. If you are really lucky, sometimes you can watch the searchlight from the river barges as they navigate the big bend in the river. If you're a nature lover this place has it all.

Kick back and relax in this calm, clean, and stylish space at the foot of Petit Jean Mountain. Take in beautiful country views from the backyard. Mickey's place is nested in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains just minutes from Nimrod Lake. This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath includes a spacious living room, kitchen, and back patio with a hot tub. We are centrally located to Petit Jean Mountain, Mt. Nebo, Pinnacle Mountain, Nimrod Lake, Hot Springs and Russellville. Mickey's Place is your home away from home.
