We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis at the mouth of the Perquiman’s River on the Albemarle Sound away from all the hustle and bustle. Relax on the large dock, paddle board, kayak, fish, or just float the day away in the shallow water - a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy nature’s beauty! When the sun goes down challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong, darts, or shuffleboard, and roast some marshmallows outside over the fire.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. An additional guest such as a child can be accommodated at no extra charge using our single air mattress.

As spacious and serene space. This home is situated right on the Little River, with gorgeous sunset views. Four bedrooms, a large living room, a breakfast nook, dining area, a loft, a large wrap-around porch, and a porch balcony provides lots of space to live, work, visit, and relax. Built in the 1970s and recently updated, this house is comfortable with a modern retro feel.

Two bedroom, bath and a half cottage on the Albemarle Sound. Room for your car and boat. Large screened in deck overlooks the dock and the Sound. Watch the fish jump and turtles swim.
