If your up for exploring you can head down town to Edenton just 15 minutes away where you’ll find historical sites, restaurants, shops, parks and much more! Fun fact; Black beard the pirate, anchored his ships and dined with the governor right there! Also, Elizabeth City is just 20 min away!

We offer activities with community swimming pool. Pool Opens Memorial Day. Canal front fishin and crabbin on property. (don't forget License) I have a strict no pet policy, due to lung issues and Allergies to all animals, plus we live on the premises. Close to where the Pet would be. NO service PETS or emotional support animals.

Come stay in our 2BR apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Classes are also available for free. We have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Come stay in our 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.
