CASA MILO 200 meters from the beach

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE JUST BEHIND OUR PROPERTY. Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking

Spacious 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath Villa with pool/Jacuzzi, full kitchen, laundry and modern amenities only 5 minutes walking distance to private beach. The house is located in quiet, friendly gated community with cozy restaurants, health spa only 20 minutes from the Puerta Plata airport. The area hosts a number of activities i.e. surfing, diving, hiking, horseback riding to name only a few. A place to create wonderful lifetime memories for the family.

Super stylish and very well equipped 3 bedroom villa with cool rooftop terrasse. Only 2 min walking to beautiful Perla Marina Beach. Less then 10 min by car to Sosua beach and Cabarete Beach. Several restaurants and minimarkets nearby in walking distance. The perfect vacation place for a family or a group of friends.
