Studio 8, private studio with commanding views!

Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Davinas - The Beach House

Davinas - The Beach House is the kiwi beach holiday dream, right on Coopers Beach. Get together in the spacious living, breakfast bar and dining table area, or follow the sun on the wrap-around deck. There's a full-sized kitchen with several prep areas, 5 burner hob and 2 ovens, use the BBQ, or head out to the nearby cafes and restaurants. Kayaks, bodyboards and a paddleboard are available for sea-lovers, or stay on terra-firma, building your sand-mansion in the shade of the pohutukawa trees.

Koutu Cove: Luxe 1 Bedroom Pod

Relax, pull up a beanbag, and soak in the stunning views with your glass of wine overlooking Hokianga Harbour and its world famous giant sand dunes, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets and stars emerge overhead. Doubtless Views is a large family home set on a regularly maintained 1.7 acre private garden estate with an unobstructed 180 degree view of Doubtless Bay in it's entirety, from Tokerau Beach right round to the village at Hihi and all in between. A downstairs fully serviced apartment makes it ideal for larger holidaying groups A seagull's view of the bay and like the bird, just a few minutes from being under the shady Pohutukawas that overhang the sand at Cable Bay and Coopers Beach.

“Iwa” Historic cottage - Mangōnui

Welcome to Iwa (Māori for 'nine'), a tastefully renovated historic cottage perfect for your next Northland getaway. Filled with high-end finishes and appliances, Iwa is luxurious, private, and inviting. A large sunny deck is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, dinner, or reading a book. Iwa is heritage-listed and part of Mangonui's history. Stunning views across the bay allow you to watch boats come and go and the tide change or sit on the front porch and chat with passersby.

The Shed House - Laidback Luxury

Tucked away in lush native bush, yet just a two-minute drive (or a leisurely stroll) from the golden sands of Coopers Beach, The Shed House is your perfect escape to paradise. With soaring cathedral ceilings , stylish modern amenities and a sun drenched deck made for BBQs and lazy afternoon lounging. Inside you’ll find 2 spacious double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 luxury bathrooms complete with rainforest shower heads. The Shedhouse is your slice of Northland heaven.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac and taking up two thirds of a converted mid-century milking shed building the Cottage is cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Waterfront historic Bakery cottage

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
