Cette maison de charme de 130 m² est idéalement située à 50m de la jolie plage de Bain Bœuf : eau turquoise et sable fin sont à 2mn à pied. Sa piscine privée, comme ses jardins tranquilles, s'apprécient dès le matin. Très agréable à vivre, aménagée haute qualité, elle a obtenu l'agrément de la Tourism Authority. Beau Manguier villa

Beau Manguier villa is a quintessence of beauty lying in a peaceful haven. The entrance to the villa is private and the parking is separated from the garden by an old and imposing sculpted Java wooden door on which are fixed big oriental metal knobs. When opening the big doors, you will be enchanted by the long pool of slate and the clapping sound of the water being poured into the pool by the two Balinese goddesses who gracefully stand by the water. A beautiful nest in a peaceful haven.

This cosy studio is found in a residence opposite Bain Boeuf beach. The residence has a beautiful garden with 2 swimming pools. Across the road (3 mins walk), you will find Bain Boeuf beach which boasts a stunning view of Coin de Mire. From Bain Boeuf beach, you can walk along the most beautiful beaches up to Pereybere! Bain Boeuf is 10mins to Grand Bay and 10mins to Cap Malheureux (Red Church). No smoking inside the studio.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. The village of Cap Malheureux is unique and appreciated for its authenticity, the inhabitants are smiling and very sociable. Close to shops and many beaches. The apartment is located on the first floor of a private residence, with large garden and salt pool / jacuzzi, tennis table and barbecue. In the middle of the tropical garden stands an outdoor gym for 18+ Secure parking.
