Perdido Key stretches some 16 miles, with 60% of it located in federal or state parks-making it one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of wilderness on the Gulf of Mexico.

"Water's Edge Cottage" is a completely updated and furnished one bedroom, 450 sq ft cottage that is literally just steps away from all that Little Lagoon has to offer. A charcoal grill is available to cook your catch or anything else. Try kayaking (that we provide) in the Lagoon or just sit and relax. We are just 5 minutes from the beach, secluded yet convenient. If you have questions or need help with anything we (Ebie and Steve) live right next door to provide answers or help.

This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private house is a short drive or bike ride to many shops, restaurants, entertainment, and Gulf State Park. Barefoot Bungalow overlooks a private pool and Little Lagoon with your own private fishing pier. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances

Tidy Bayou Bungalow

Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. Fun fact: The Blue Angels home base is Pensacola, and you can see them practicing from our front porch. See photos for copy/paste of the 2022 practice schedule.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
