Charming Beach Cottage with Private Beach Gate

Cozy beach cottage in the gated resort community of Maravilla. Private community pools, private access to beach, tennis and other amenities. 5 bedrooms including two with king beds with room for cribs. Bright, airy and cheerful. Parents, home is located on a non through- traffic section of the community. Minimal traffic out front for kids to play without worry of cars. Fully equipped kitchen with full washer/dryer. I have a 2nd home one door over if you need more houses called Pink Pearl.

Cottage by the sea is tucked away in the quiet private beach community of Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach Fl. Beach access to our beautiful white sand beaches is just a short walk away. Perfect location for those wanting a quiet vacation/trip but access to all the fun on the Emerald Coast. Home is near Silver Sands outlet mall, Sandestin Resort, Restaurants, 30A, and Destin. A lot of love and attention has gone into this 1 level coastal decorated home. Don't miss opportunity to stay at the beach!

Walk, bike, or take 6 seat golf cart (extra fee) to the beach or walk out the back door to an amazing coastal pine forest. Neighborhood pool access! Beautifully decorated with all amenities: outdoor living area with a fireplace and a screened in porch, a Grill, adult and kid bikes, & a 3rd floor loft. 30A villages of Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys, & Watercolor are an easy bike ride or 5 min drive away.

"At Home" near the beach

Spend some family time playing in the ocean. Newer house (2016) new furniture. Great place to gather family and friends. Beautiful Navarre beach less than 2 miles away. Two Bikes are provided for a quick bike ride across the bridge over the bay. Three new man-made reefs for snorkeling. Golfing is available at Hidden Creek golf course. We have three sets of golf clubs available. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Deep discount available for January and February!

Gone To The Beach - Fabulous Beach House on 30A

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).
