Spacious villa, with 4 bedrooms all on one level, each with an en-suite bathroom. 250sq m detached villa overlooking the 7th putting green on Mantaraya Golf Course. Accommodation is provided for up to 12 people within the 4 bedrooms. The villa is within a 15 minute walk to the Pacific Coast sandy beach where guests have access to the Property Owners Beach Club restaurant and carpark. There is a 15m long swimming pool plus shallow area for children in the rear garden which is totally private.

This is a new construction condominium located in the Ocean III building in the Playa Blanca Resort in Rio Hato, Panama. Here you will be staying in a modern designed space with private beach and pool access. Additionally, guests can use the larger shared pool with fun slides for the kids and other exciting water related rental options on-site. Next to the pool is a sports complex which offers courts for soccer, basketball, tennis, and volleyball that are available to reserve for $10 an hour.

Hermosa casa de playa con todas las comodidades de una casa de ciudad. Decorada en blanco verde y azul, cuenta con espacios iluminados, patio, terraza, hamacas y barbacoa. La playa está a una corta caminata. En ella desemboca un río. La piscina se comparte con otras residencias. También puede disfrutar del área de toboganes y el restaurante de la laguna (piscina gigante). Muy cerca de supermercado, farmacia y tiendas diversas. Muy cerca del pueblo de Río Hato y de otros proyectos de playa.
