Family Home Fenced XL Yard Trailer Parking Festive

The Nature Nest is located close to down town Rapid city, as well as being very close to outdoor activities and tourist attractions. This property has a very large backyard to play and relax in and enjoy a fire in the evening after a nice BBQ, or wake up with a morning yoga session. Three comfortable bedrooms give space for 5 guests. Baby and toddler approved home, with a desk space for personal use, complete with patio and picnic table in the yard. Great family vacation home. This home is located in Beautiful Chapel Valley. Spacious and quiet property with beautiful views of the forest and wildlife. Walking distance to the bike path, Canyon lake park, fishing and trails. Rapid City is a great central location to reach all your tour destinations while in the Black Hills. Major destinations like Keystone and Mount Rushmore are only 30 minutes away. Close proximity to Scenic Highway 44 to 385 and Nemo Rd. You are also minutes from grocery stores and restaurants.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 2

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

Lovely 3 bedroom , Radon free, with Garage.

Lovely remodeled home in great central location. 1.3 miles to Main St Square, 1.2 miles to Monument Hospital, 2.1 miles to the Monument Center. This home offers many upgrades. Wonderful covered patio and lawn space plus a 2 car garage where bikes, motorcycles, and the families car can be safely out of the weather. The house has 2 open concept living areas and beautiful kitchen. This home is Radon free as it has a radon mitigation system in place.
