This Riverside family home, has assorted shared and private spaces. Toys for inside (games) and outside. Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Our rustic cabin is set among the cedar trees on the Kootenai River. Enjoy a private courtyard, right on the river! With the promise of hospitality. Enjoy the river from a covered deck with a bar. there is a fire pit on the deck, with one free bundle of wood. Rustic, cozy, ensuite bathroom & shower. We took a unique approach to appeal to your unconventional side. This cabin has stairs to the river. There are bicycles and a sauna available on campus. Upon arrival, read the house manual.

Soak up the solitude, the calmness of the lake. Come see the spectacular views that surround the cabin from the deck. Enjoy a 230ft dock! Sorry, NO ANIMALS allowed due to family allergies! Thank You for your understanding! NOTE: It's been brought to my attention by a guest that neighbors around are doing construction projects so there may or may not be light construction noise! This is not an everyday occurrence but I can't tell you when they will be there to improve their property!
