Super cute 1 bedroom apartment in the Historic Brownes Addition area with bamboo floors in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Marble entryway. The bathroom has marble floors and a really neat shower that my dad made. :) Walking distance to parks, dining and entertainment. This area is good for walking and bike riding.
