Excelente localização, perto de muitos pontos de interesse da cidade. O apartamento encontra-se exatamente como nas fotografias, à exceção do quarto - que apresenta uma cama de casal e mais um armário para arrumação (e ambos foram uma boa surpresa). A rua em que se situa tem algum movimento durante a noite, mas nada que fosse incomodativo. O estacionamento, quer na rua em frente como na rua atrás, é pago durante o dia, no entanto é gratuito noutra rua perto. Já o método de check-in e check-out é prático e rápido, e a comunicação foi excelente. Resumindo, recomendamos totalmente a estadia, sendo perfeita para dois!

This is my favorite stay in Portugal. Cecilia was so nice and friendly. After she eft we settled in and found the Refrigerator/ freezer were not working. She turned around and came right back, and agreed it was dead. She said they would replace it ASAP. We went out for lunch and came back and there was a working refrigerator! Thats Service! We loved the view from the kitchen bar every morning. We loved that we could walk into the main area, and then back up the hill to the quiet of this place. Great stay!

Um espaço muito agradável, cuidado e com uma piscina bastante grande. Os anfitriões são bastante atenciosos e simpáticos. O espaço está bastante bem localizado para quem vem de carro e tenciona visitar as praias fluviais da zona. Não existem supermercados grandes na localidade, portanto, é de ter em conta que as compras idealmente devem ser todas feitas de uma vez. Para um espaço de 6 pessoas, o frigorífico é bastante reduzido. Contudo, tivemos uma estadia excelente e recomendamos este alojamento para férias rurais.

Situado en las afueras a 30 minutos andando de iglesia Santa Engracia, zona tranquila y facil de aparcar.Piso sin ascensor. Llegada independiente,Wifi ok. Cocina independiente con mesa para comer, lavadora ( no usamos) , lavavajillas (no usamos), microondas, tostadora. Inconveniente, solo hay una cafetera de cápsula "dolce gusto", no hay cafetera italiana ni de filtro. Las cápsulas están en venta en máquina expendedora en la entrada, pagado cada cápsula con moneda de 0.5 €. La idea de la variedad es buena,nos sorprendió porque es la primera vez que lo veiamos (demás alojamientos dejan unas cuantas cápsulas gratis) El problema: si no tienes cambio (cosa bastante frecuente porque pagamos con tarjeta o móvil) te encuentras que no puedes tomarte un café en el desayuno.. Sugerencia:dejar una ficha o varias cápsulas gratis y si alguien quiere más o variado que lo pague. Además hay que pagar 1€ por persona y noche como tasa turística, según carteles en la casa.. y eso q pagamos 140€ noche.

Si buscas tranquilidad es tu sitio. Todo perfecto.

Très beau logement, toute la petite famille s'est sentie comme à la maison.

Wir waren mit einem 4-monatigen Baby unterwegs. Ricardo hatte für alles eine Lösung. Es war super unkompliziert! Er hat sich bei unserer Ankunft Zeit genommen, uns noch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Coimbra zu erzählen. Die konnte man dann auch in einem liebevoll zusammengefassten Heftchen nachschlagen. Der Balkon bietet einen PHÄNOMENALE Aussicht!!! Alles in Allem war es ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt!

Olá, Quero agradecer pela incrível experiência que tivemos na sua casa. A casa é simplesmente fantástica, com uma localização fabulosa que nos permitiu desfrutar ao máximo da estadia. Fomos recebidos da melhor forma possível, e tudo estava impecável. Um agradecimento especial à Cláudia e à Andreia, que foram sempre extremamente prestáveis e simpáticas, resolvendo qualquer situação com uma eficiência brilhante e rapidez impressionante. Foi uma estadia memorável e certamente recomendaremos a sua casa a quem procura uma experiência incrível! Muito obrigado!

Vi hade en fantastisk tid här! Så underbar miljö och fridfullt. Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde tänka oss. Precis vad vi sökte när vi för 10 dagar skulle bo i närheten av Coimbra för att en av oss skulle jobba där och resten av familjen ha det bra. Vi åkte runt och upptäckte omgivningen och fann både bra restaurang och butiker en kort bilresa bort. Vi badade i den biologiska poolen och hade också roligt med grodyngel, ödlor och annat man kunde se. Floden nära till hands var också ett härligt ställe att vara vid. Vi plockade grapefrukter från träden och ägg från hönsen. Helena var en fantastisk värd och tänkte på oss direkt när det var strömavbrott i hela Portugal. Vi kände oss trygga och omhändertagna. En av sängarna är väldigt hård men det gick att lösa ok med lite dynor. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

This little house was perfect and very comfortable, we had everything we needed and the location was great for what we wanted to do. Jose is a very pro-active host and made check in and locating the house very easy. The local villagers were also very friendly which made us feel very welcome.

The perfect place to disconnect. Super quiet village, lots os places to explore and the perfect place to leave the worries outside. The hosts are amazing. Quick responses, great flexibility and the perfect"distance" during all the stay. If you need them they are there if not they leave you to enjoy the stay. Melanie, thank you for the Christmas Tree and the gifts. The house is spacious, well equiped and everthing you need to have the right temperature inside, even when thwy were 3° outside. And even for those that cannot disconnect, great wifi and tv service!

¡Una estancia de 10! Telma fue encantadora desde el primer momento. Estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada, nos dio indicaciones claras para entrar a la casa y se aseguró de que todo estuviera perfecto durante nuestra estancia. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia, acogedora y perfecta para desconectar del ritmo de la ciudad. La ubicación nos vino genial para visitar tanto Oporto como Aveiro sin ningún problema. Nos fuimos encantados y, sin duda, repetiríamos sin pensarlo si volvemos por la zona. ¡Gracias por todo, Telma!

We stayed in one of the cottages at the highest point with a beautiful view of the campsite and the high rocks that also belong to the campsite. A beautiful place, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Here you can really relax. The children enjoyed themselves in the ecological swimming pool (among the fish and frogs) and on the trampoline with other children. Jeroen and Linzie do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. One real recommendation!

Very responsive host. I would recommend staying here for your visit to Coimbra.

Fernanda a été extrêmement réactive, malgré notre arrivée très tardive (passé minuit) et a immédiatement répondu à nos questions à notre arrivée. Le studio correspond aux photos, un peu de vis-à-vis avec les autres appartements mais rien de très dérangeant. Tête de lit un peu sale, mais c'est le seul bémol sinon le reste était impeccable. Logement situé à la périphérie de Coimbra, facile d'y accéder en voiture et d'aller en ville, places de parc abondantes et gratuites. Kiosque et boulangerie à proximité, pour se restaurer le matin ou sur le pouce. La piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment pratiques et plutôt propres. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon logement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour (1 semaine) chez Fernanda :)

We enjoyed our stay at Marcio's in Coimbra. Very comfortable with great view over Coimbra. Would definitely stay there again.
