Easy Access Condo w/ nice creek view! Can sleep 4

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

Casa Bailar~Casual Elegance~ in Trendy Railyard

A warm and stylized condo located in the hip Railyard district known for its trendy arts and culture. Centrally located with just a little over a mile to the Santa Fe historic Plaza and walking distance to some of Santa Fe's most beloved cafes and restaurants. Take the trail and walk or bike directly to the new underpass Acequia trail and get into downtown in 15 minutes, close to Wholefoods, Trader Joe's and Meow Wolf. Beautifully decorated and great amenities with all the comforts of home.

Centrally located near various restaurants & shopping, all short distance away. Spacious 1BR 1 bath with open floor plan for kitchen/dinning/living room. Our unit offers free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and full kitchen. Fresh linens, towels, iron/ironing board, and washer/dryer can be found in spacious closet. Bedroom has Queen bed, desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps A small patio is located off living area, with seating and space for pets.

This cozy romantic condo is close to the Inn of The Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, a beautiful lake with paddle boats and fishing is 2 miles away (Grindstone Lake), and the village town of Ruidoso, NM. in the Lincoln National Forest. The Rio Vista Complex is in the Heart of the historical eastside of Santa Fe, adjacent to the Santa Fe River, and just a block from Canyon road. This cozy condo with an open floor plan featuring a double sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and the living room providing light and warmth throughout the house.
